1. Sweepstakes Period: The Red Man Moist Snuff Fresh American Experience Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on November 15, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
2. How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, if you already have an account on www.RedMan.com/Fresh (the "Site") you may receive an entry into the Sweepstakes by logging onto the Site and clicking on the Red Man Moist Snuff can found by clicking on the Sweepstakes link ("Entry"). Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service provider will apply. All entries become the property of Pinkerton Tobacco Co. LP ("Sponsor").
3. Bonus Entries: You may earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by successfully submitting multiple Entries during the Sweepstakes Period ("Bonus Entries"). Entrants who return and successfully submit 25 individual Entries will receive 5 additional Bonus Entries into the Sweepstakes. Entrants who return and successfully submit 50 individual Entries will receive 5 additional Bonus Entries total into the Sweepstakes. Entrants are not required to submit multiple Entries on a consecutive basis to earn Bonus Entries. Limit of up to ten (10) Bonus Entries per person/e-mail address for the Sweepstakes.
4. Random Drawing: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in a random drawing on or about November 23, 2010, from among all eligible Entries, including Bonus Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries and Bonus Entries received. Prize will be awarded and Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and email.
5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to Anchorage, Alaska. Trip includes (4) nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), round-trip coach class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner's home, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Anchorage, Alaska, the opportunity to select excursions from a Sponsor-provided list, worth up to $3,000 for the winner and $3,000 for the guest, and $1,500 in spending money awarded as a check for the Grand Prize winner. (ARV: $13,660). Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or e-mail. Prize is not transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Taxes related to the prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above is Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility.
6. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of VA, MA & MI), who are 21 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies, persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials or events, and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in VA, MA & MI and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
7. General Rules: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) ("Affidavit Package") within ten (10) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate determination. Grand Prize winner’s guest (or parent/legal guardian, if guest is a minor and his/her child) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner’s guest is a minor, winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest Grand Prize winner's home to Alaska. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner/guest will be required to agree to terms of participating excursions. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. All travel must be completed within one year of prize award or prize will be forfeited. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment and transfers, are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. In the event the Grand Prize winner or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest home with no further compensation. A 1099 tax form will be submitted on the Grand Prize winner’s behalf by Sponsor for the actual value of the prize awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use Grand Prize winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By Entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. 1. Sweepstakes Period: The Red Man Moist Snuff Race-Hardened Gear Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 29, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on June 14, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, if you already have an account on www.RedMan.com (the “Site”) you may receive an entry into the Sweepstakes by logging onto the Site, clicking on the Moist Snuff section of the Site and clicking on the Sweepstakes link. If you do not have an account, you must visit the Site and complete all required registration information to enter into the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service provider will apply. All entries become the property of Pinkerton Tobacco Co. LP (“Sponsor”).
   
   
3. Random Drawings: Each Daily Prize entry period will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for each day during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first day which begins at 12:00:01 p.m. and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last day which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET). Eligible entries received will only be entered into the Daily Prize random drawing for the day the entry was received and will not be entered into subsequent daily drawings, if any. One Daily Prize winner will be selected for each day during the Sweepstakes Period.  Daily random drawings will be conducted on a weekly basis from all eligible entries received each Sunday through Saturday during the Sweepstakes Period (except for the first week which will include Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th along with the following week, and the last week which includes Sunday, June 6th through Monday, June 14th). 16 potential Grand Prize and 20 potential First Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received by the dates listed below (based on the breakdown of prizes per level). :

Prizes And Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Grand Prizes (16): Sponsor’s choice of one of the following pieces of race hardened gear signed by Greg Biffle: A driver’s firesuit; a fuel can; or a driver’s helmet (Minimum ARV $800; Maximum ARV $1,650). First Prizes (20): Sponsor’s choice of one of the following pieces of race hardened gear signed by Greg Biffle: a car hood; a deck lid; a bumper cover; a crew shirt; a crew helmet; or a wheel from a car (Minimum ARV $125; Maximum ARV $500). Daily Prizes (137): An Official Team Apparel kit including: one (1) pit jacket, one (1) hooded sweatshirt, one (1) t-shirt, one (1) team polo and one  (1) crew hat (ARV: $220.99 each). Limit one Daily Prize and one race hardened gear prize (Grand or First Prize) per person/household/email address. Prizes are nontransferable and winners may not substitute prizes. Due to the uncertainty as to the availability of each specific piece of race gear, Grand and First Prizes will be awarded based on availability at time of each drawing.
