SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATIONQ: How long will the Red Man Fresh American Experience Sweepstakes be offered and who is eligible to participate?
A: The Red Man Fresh American Experience Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on July 15, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on November 15, 2010. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 U.S. and D.C. (excluding residents of VA, MA & MI), who are 21 years of age and older as of date of entry.
Q: Why can't I participate in the Red Man Fresh American Experience Sweepstakes if I live in VA, MA or MI?
A: We regret we cannot offer the sweepstakes in these states and territories due to state laws prohibiting such practices by a tobacco company. We thank you for your business and truly wish state laws would allow you to participate. For more information, we recommend contacting your legislature.
Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can enter to win the Grand Prize?
A: Yes. You can enter one time per day, for the duration of the sweepstakes.
Q: Is the prize I see on the web site the exact prize I could win?
A: The prize depicted in any advertising materials (including this web site) may be different, including accessories shown, from the prize awarded.
Q: How will the Grand Prize winner be selected?
A: The winner will be randomly picked on or about November 23, 2010, from all of the eligible entries received – so the more entries you have, the better your chances are of winning.
Q: I've changed addresses since I registered; how do I update my information?
A: You can update your account. Go to your user profile. Your current address is listed along with instructions to update the information. Please follow the prompts and save your updated address. All prizes will be mailed to the updated address listed in the user profile section. If you have a P.O. box, it is important to include a physical address so that any prizes are sent to the correct place.
Q: How do I find out if I've won the Fresh American Experience Grand Prize?
A: Potential Grand Prize winner may be notified by mail and/or e-mail after the drawing, and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt.
Q: How do I find the name of the Grand Prize winner for the Fresh American Experience Sweepstakes?
A: The name of the Grand Prize winner will be available on the web site at RedMan.com after December 23, 2010.

Q: How will I know if I won the Grand Prize?
A: You will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.
Q: I don't like the item I won. Can I exchange it for something else?
A: No. Once you have won an item, it cannot be exchanged.
